Hi, I’m Karina!

I’m a certified run coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist that works with runners to teach them how to run faster, feel stronger, and run longer, all while achieving their “impossible” goals and never burning out.

Years ago, I was battling countless injuries and was constantly feeling fatigued or stunted in my running performance.

I would gain momentum and then either get injured or just feel BURNED OUT. I knew right then I needed to change something.

Runners Rubric came out of the need to give runners access to something that I wish I had years ago when I was going through all of the challenges I listed above: the ability to hear directly from a coach what would work best for ME, as opposed to the cookie cutter free training plans online.

I know that everyone doesn’t have the desire to have a 1-on-1 coach, or might not be able to financially commit to a coach. This running assessment is meant to help solve exactly that!
