It feels amazing to go for heavier weights like 30-40 lbs instead of 10-15 lbs, which is what I had done for years. I feel SO good and I can feel it translating into my runs and the 21-minute marathon PR I achieved! Not to mention, I enjoy the workouts, too!

I love the workouts and seeing myself lift heavier in the gym! I've strengthened areas that were previously weak or were causing me injury, plus I can see some changes in my body, too! LOVING IT!!!
